@bestPTC yeah there is a tax but that would be paid by us as part of IT returns .. I think it’s 25% of total value …

One of them had yet not formed a company so getting things on written didn’t cross my mind.

I guess one the things to prevent “forgotten promise” is to have it in writing. At least it is a deterrent, and has specifics of what you would be paid and “when” (as in by specific calendar day – “when it makes big” is too vague – how does one determine whether it is “big”)
